&lt;p&gt;I have McAfee ePO server which installs antivirus automatically hwne i computer joins the domain and it has installed McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 8.5i with Patch1.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; After Reading from the above suggestions. I downloaded the Patch 6.1 and distributed it to all my computers, including the virtual server. now the virtual computers are starting without any problems.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Thank you all for your suggestions and thanks for hosting such a wonderful site.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Once this was tag was removed, leaving the /PAE tag in there, all my virtual machines could then start up.&lt;/p&gt;

Duh... could this be due to the RAM constraint? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Also whats the minimum available RAM required for the installation?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Quick reply would be appreciated.&lt;/p&gt;
